Point the phone at an etched QR, or at an ID sharpied on the plate. The blade's record opens.

  • Shared across the mill Tooling logs and records — unscheduled changes, benchman notes, retips, quality control — accessible by everyone at the mill. The record lives with the blade, not with whoever wrote it down.
  • QR or Sharpie identifiers Scan a laser-etched QR, or an ID handwritten on the blade in Sharpie. Either one brings up the blade.
  • Voice to text Say the note instead of typing it.
  • Print the record Print the full record for any tracked blade.
  • Export to AI Send a blade's record to an AI to summarize and parse it.
  • Not just blades Track guides, bandsaws, roundsaws, knives — anything that can carry an ID.
  • Works with Saw Vision With a Saw Vision machine in the room, the blade's notes and records show alongside the teeth while you analyze them up close. Not required.
